Admissions Policy

  • Admission is open to children aged 6–14 years.
  • Enrolment is based on available space and completion of registration forms.
  • Parents must provide accurate information about the child’s age, health, and emergency contacts.
  • The school may place children in appropriate learning groups based on age and ability.

Attendance and Punctuality Policy

  • Regular attendance is essential for consistent learning.
  • Students must arrive on time (by 10:00 AM) every Saturday.
  • Parents should inform the school in advance if a child will be absent.
  • Repeated unexplained absences (more than 3 weeks) may result in a review of the child’s place.

Uniform and Appearance Policy

  • Modest and neat clothing is expected from all students.
  • Boys: modest Islamic attire (e.g., white thobe or smart trousers and top).
  • Girls: modest dress with hijab (headscarf) covering the hair.
  • No offensive logos or inappropriate clothing allowed.

Behaviour and Discipline Policy

  • All students are expected to follow Islamic manners (Akhlaaq) and show respect for teachers, peers, and property.
  • Physical or verbal bullying, bad language, or disrespect is not tolerated.
  • Teachers use positive reinforcement first, followed by warnings or time-out if needed.
  • Ongoing misbehaviour will be discussed with parents.

Learning and Curriculum Policy

  • Subjects include Islamic beliefs and values, daily manners and etiquettes, memorisation of Surahs and Duas, Seerah of Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), and basic Arabic reading and vocabulary.
  • Lessons are interactive, age-appropriate, and based on authentic Islamic sources.
  • Progress will be reviewed each term.

  • Students must remain within the school premises during class hours.
  • No child will be released without parent or guardian supervision.
  • Parents must inform staff of any allergies or medical conditions.
  • In case of emergency, first aid will be administered and parents contacted immediately.

  • The safety and wellbeing of all children is our top priority.
  • All teachers and volunteers are DBS-checked (Disclosure and Barring Service).
